weekend of June every year.

From humble
beginnings in 1973, the Annual Chelsea Painters Art Fair has gone on to
become the area's premier Fine Arts fair.
Twenty-Five to
Thirty highly accomplished artists exhibit work done in a variety of
media:
- watercolor
- encaustic
- gouache
- acrylic
- oil
- pastels
- monotype
- mixed media
All pieces on
display are original pieces of Fine Art.
Many of the
artists also display hand-crafted note cards suitable for
framing.

Approximately
one mile north of I-94 on M-52 (Main St.)

The Art Fair is held on the
west side of the CCH campus (near what might be considered the back entrance
to the Hospital). Watch for signs and use parking areas closest to
M-52.
A percentage of
proceeds will be donated to the Chelsea Center for the Arts (CCA) and to the
Chelsea Community Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship Fund.
